“Mackay Legacy Display & the 25th Anniversary of Twinning Between Oxford County and Tamsui” will be installed in the museum’s Program Room between September 9th and September 20th, 2025. Come view this travelling exhibit, designed by the Canadian Mackay Committee and recently installed at the TECO Cultural Centre in Scarborough. See artifacts and videos related to Mackay and Taiwan and learn about the history of the Twinning between Tamsui and Oxford County, which has facilitated many exchanges over the last 25 years. On September 18th at 6:00pm, come for a presentation by Michael Stainton, a Research Associate from the York Centre for Asian Research, who will discuss what Zorra Township gave to Taiwan in George Leslie Mackay. No registration required. No admission fee.
